Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor

Gene has been a valued financial advisor for four decades. He began investing while he was in college and started his career in the financial services industry in 1981 – the same year he received the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service.

Gene earned the APMA^® certification (Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor^SM) from The College for Financial Planning.

Gene is an active board member for several non-profit volunteer organizations in Oregon and Washington and is the proud recipient of the Spirit of Portland award for his tenure with the Neighborhood Accountability Board of the former Portland Impact. In his spare time, Gene enjoys hiking the beautiful trails in Oregon and has completed the Portland Marathon four times and the Hood to Coast relay five times.
